About Houston Radiology Associated (HRA)
Houston Radiology Associated (“HRA”) is the premier radiology group practice in the Houston metropolitan area. Founded in 1943 and incorporated in 1971, HRA is Houston’s oldest established radiology group practice. HRA continues its leadership by introducing and developing new imaging and therapeutic technologies in the Houston medical community. It was the first in Texas to incorporate subspecialty training and now has over ten General Body Diagnostic Radiologists, five of those Musculoskeletal, over ten General/Body Interventional Radiologists, three of those Musculoskeletal, twelve Neuroradiologists, seven Cardiovascular Interventional Radiologists, two Neurovascular Interventional Radiologists, and three Nuclear Medicine Radiologists.
HRA has had a long-standing relationship with the Houston Methodist system and provides 24/7, 365 day a year coverage to the Houston Methodist system, including Houston Methodist Main, Houston Methodist Sugar Land, Houston Methodist Willowbrook, Houston Methodist West Houston, I-10 Imaging Center, Houston Methodist St. Catherine and Houston Methodist St. John and several Emergency Care Centers.
