Dr. Nance is the director of Cardiothoracic Imaging for Houston Radiology Associated, Adjunct Associate Professor of Radiology at Texas A&M University, Associate Professor of Clinical Radiology at the Houston Methodist Academic Institute, and Clinical Associate Professor of Radiology at Weill Cornell Medical College. Dr. Nance's current clinical and research interests include fibrotic interstitial lung disease, optimizing communication around medical imaging, and ensuring the optimal implementation of various artificial intelligence applications into clinical practice. His past work focused heavily on emerging coronary CTA techniques. He has been elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Recent clinical and teaching awards include Outstanding Radiologist of the Year in 2019, Faculty Teaching Award for Exemplary Service to Radiology Residents in 2019, and Faculty Teaching Award for Outstanding Service to Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine Fellows in 2020.
